---- Something new, SALTOSE ----
Helpful bacteria collected from around the world attack pathogenic
bacteria by secreting nutrient enzymes.
Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus subtilis
are dominant in helpful bacteria that are used in the production
of Saltose. Moreover, 5 different types of bacteria such as the
strain Turfan, which was picked from sands in the Silk road under
a scorching sun, the North Pole strain, which was picked from
the northern most part of Norway, the strain Bali, which was picked
from the southern paradise of the island of Bali, the Chang Mai
strain, which was picked from Chang Mai in Thailand, and the strain
Bacillus sp., which was picked from Taiwan, have been used.
Chaperone technology that activates bacteria from generation to
generation.
Most bacterial products (microorganisms) decrease the ability
of some activity. An important point is to maintain activity and
increase power further. Saltose was produced by novel bacterial
cultivation technology (New Bioculture Technology) that made the
most of biotechnology, and its technology improved production
ability.
The method depends on chaperone technology in which Saltose-producing
bacteria coexist with chaperone-like helpful bacteria, and the
imitation of other bacterial products is not allowed.

Cell wall dissolution test of coccidium oocystsThe method of test |
|
| |
|
The coccidium oocysts were isolated from chicken droppings
excreted by coccidium-infected chickens, and then were washed,
and were incubated with water as a control, or with 0.05%
of Cell Wall Lyase produced by Bacillus licheniformis (main
Saltose-producing bacterium), at 37℃ for 12 hours.
|
 |
1.Control (without Cell Wall Lyaze) The oocysts germinate,
and inner sporozoites come out by the break of cell wall.
|
 |
2.Addition of Cell Wall Lyase produced by Bacillus licheniformis
The cell wall completely dissolve, and the prototype do not
retain.
|
| These in vitro results indicated that Bacillus
licheniformis is effective on the oocysts, sporozoite and schizont
in coccidiosis. And, other tests indicate the Saltose is effective
on the repression for other intestinal bacteria (Salmonella,
O-157, Campylobacter). |
